Grattis till Christine & Carl som gifte sig 9 juni mitt på Östermalm i Stockholm. Den här dagen sken solen och det var så där lagom sommarkänsla i stan när vi fotograferade i Stureparken. Efter en mycket känslosam ceremoni så fortsatte dagen med middag och dans i Läkarhuset på Villagatan och vi tackar varmt för att vi fick vara med!

Congrats to Christine & Charles, who married June 9 at the middle of Östermalm in Stockholm. This day the sun was shining and it was a great feeling of summer in the city when we photographed this sweet couple in Stureparken. After a very emotional ceremony the day continued with dinner and dancing in Läkarhuset at Villagatan, and we thank you both very much for letting us be there capturing your day!

Lördagen den 2:a juni var den kallaste på 86 år, men det märktes inte. För när Farah och Magnus gifte sig på Botaniska Trädgården i Uppsala så var det varmt, hjärtligt och väldigt personligt. Temat var 20-tal, jazzåldern, glamorösa fester, Art Deco, Charleston och Den store Gatsby. Tanken var att få njuta av det glada 1920-talets överflöd och glädjeyra under hela bröllopsdagen och även gästerna hämtade inspiration från 1920-talets glamour och var klädda i flapperklänningar, huvudband med fjäder, cloche-hattar, fina solfjädrar, fjäderboas, långa pärlhalsband och flugor…Helt enkelt ”more is more”!  Vi är så lyckligt lottade som fick vara med och fotografera, inte bara detta supercoola bröllop, men framför allt att vi fick förmånen att lära känna Farah och Magnus. Två helt galet härliga människor som hela tiden fick oss att skratta och njuta av dagen. Det var verkligen ett rent nöje!

Saturday the 2nd June  2012 was the coldest in 86 years, but we really didn’t notice. When Farah and Magnus tied the knot at the Botanical Gardens in Uppsala, the day was warm, heartfelt and very personal. The theme was the roaring 20′s, the jazz age, glamorous parties, Art Deco, Charleston and The Great Gatsby. The idea was to enjoy the abundance of the 1920′s and twirl with happiness throughout the wedding day. Even the guests were inspired by 1920′s glamor and wore flapper dresses, headbands with feathers, cloche-hats, fans, feather boas, long pearl necklaces and bowtie. Quite simply … ”more is more”! We are so fortunate that we got the opportunity to capture this lavish wedding, not just because it was super cool, it’s more about the privilege of getting to know Farah and Magnus. This awesome couple who made us laugh and very much enjoy the day. It was really pure pleasure!
